The range includes many different chocolates. Most of these chocolates usually have a freshness guarantee of 6-10 months. There is a best-before date on every hand-wrapped box/box.

The quality of chocolate products is mainly influenced by smell, light and, above all, temperature fluctuations. If chocolate or pralines are stored too warm or too cold for a long time, the cocoa butter escapes and leaves a gray haze on the product. This alone does not mean a loss of quality, but it does look unattractive. We therefore recommend cool and dry storage at approx. 14°-18° C. However, the chocolates should not be stored in the refrigerator, as they could otherwise absorb the taste of other foods and develop a gray haze, which does not affect the enjoyment, but the appearance! 

Our chocolates are made exclusively in Belgium and from 100% Belgian chocolate. For you, this means consistently high quality and the incomparable melting texture that only Belgian chocolates develop and for which they are known all over the world.

You pay a one-off fee of €6.90 within Germany, regardless of how many items you order. However, it must be a delivery address.
From an order quantity of €39, we will cover all domestic shipping costs for you. Delivery is by DHL. 

All chocolates are packaged by hand - in original ePralinchen gold ballotin and decorative satin fabric ribbon!
The 500g and 1,000g sizes are also wrapped in a protective thermal box (depending on the season) (except for graduated prices)
and sent with a gel cooling cushion at the appropriate temperatures for a small surcharge.

We endeavor to deliver the goods securely packaged by the shortest possible route. Nevertheless, damage may occur during transportation. In this case, please note that complaints such as damage, shortages or breakage will only be considered if you have informed us immediately, but no later than 24 hours after receipt of the shipment. For this purpose, we require corresponding photo evidence, which you send to us for a complaint to the shipping service provider. After that, the shipment is deemed to be free of complaints!

You have the option of choosing an alternative delivery address if you are not at home during the day and would prefer to have the goods sent to your workplace. Or you can send the goods directly as a gift to an alternative delivery address! If necessary, inform the recipient that a parcel is on its way.

As we guarantee freshness and high temperatures prevail, especially in the warmer seasons,
we ship all year round and exclusively to home addresses and do not accept orders for delivery to packing stations.  

Sales to resellers are possible, please register using the appropriate form and we will contact you. We are also happy to handle larger orders for your company (as customer gifts, for example). Simply contact us by telephone or e-mail or use the contact form.

Your order will be dispatched from our warehouse by DHL, sometimes on the same day, at the latest on the next working day. Within Germany, your parcel should therefore be with you within 2-3 days. Delivery often takes place on the next working day.
